Here are the latest real estate trends in Frisco

Frisco's 75036 ZIP code saw a 7.39% increase in the median price of homes sold in June compared to the same month last year.

Frisco also had more homes under contract in June for each of its four ZIP codes compared with the same month last year. The city's 491 new listings in June were just a 1% decrease from the amount last year, plus they were more than the 428 new listings in Plano and just behind the 500 new listings in McKinney.
